Gardener Offsider

Green Outdoor Lawn Mowing & Gardening Services is seeking reliable, hardworking, and physically fit team members to join our growing operations across Perth Metro and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on outdoor role working alongside experienced gardening and lawn mowing crews servicing residential, aged care, and commercial clients.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and understand that accountability, integrity, reliability, and professionalism are a must.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing and edging
• Whipper snipping and pruning
• Weed removal and garden clean-ups
• Assisting with hedging and general garden maintenance
• Operating gardening equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition
• Delivering high-quality customer service
• Following company procedures and safety requirements

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Previous gardening, landscaping, labouring, or lawn mowing experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Availability for 3–4 days per week
• Ability to work long operational days when required (10–12 hours)
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel across Perth Metro as required

Experience:

• lawn mowing & gardening: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Police Clearance (Preferred)
• Driver Licence (Preferred)

• Australia (Preferred)
