About the Role
We are seeking motivated and efficient harvest supervisors to join our team.
In this role you will lead your team, creating a fun and friendly atmosphere, while maximising picking efficiencies, focusing on fruit quality and maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere. You will also be responsible for:

• Coordinate daily responsibilities in line with our daily harvest strategy
• Coordinate and manage team rosters
• Monitor attendance and worker welfare
• Complete daily field estimates with Harvest Manager
• Work with your team to deliver the harvest plan
• Responsible for quality control for your team and field

About You
This role is ideal for a positive, motivated individual with a strong desire to develop, support and lead a team. It presents an exciting opportunity for someone with previous leadership experience who enjoys a hands-on role and working outdoors.
