Customer Care & Operations Assistant

About the role

Working closely with our Senior Customer Care Officer, your primary focus is ensuring all customer emails and enquiries are managed efficiently, keeping every customer happy. Because we are a growing brand, this isn't a rigid desk job; you will occasionally wear different hats and jump in to support logistics, warehousing, or marketing tasks. Prior experience in those areas isn't needed - just a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-volume customer emails, phone enquiries, warranties, and returns alongside our Senior Customer Care Officer with a warm, solution-focused approach
• Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and coordinating with warehouse partners to hit daily dispatch deadlines
• Happily roll up your sleeves to support other areas of the business (such as logistics or basic marketing) when the team needs an extra hand
