This is a hands-on role combining office/claims administration with general workshop assistance at Fairway Crash Repairs.
Key responsibilities
Assisting with insurance claim paperwork and emails
Following up claims, assessors and suppliers
Ordering and organising vehicle parts
Checking parts when they arrive
Taking vehicle photos and maintaining job files
Moving vehicles around the workshop and yard
Organising vehicles and parts for upcoming repairs
General workshop and administrative assistance
About you
Current Australian driver's licence
Good computer and communication skills
Organised and reliable
Comfortable moving and working around vehicles
Automotive or insurance claims experience would be an advantage but is not essential
