Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation working to strengthen primary health care and improve health outcomes for the Gold Coast community. We collaborate with health professionals, service providers and partners to support coordinated, accessible and high-quality care.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, the Business Partner (People and Culture) is a newly created role providing practical HR business partnering and WHS support across GCPHN. Working closely with leaders and employees, the role will support effective people practices, employee relations, workforce planning, policy implementation, HR/WHS systems and process improvement. This role will make a meaningful contribution to GCPHN’s people, culture and workplace experience.
ABOUT YOU
This diverse and rewarding role will suit an experienced HR generalist with WHS experience who enjoys variety, practical problem-solving and working closely with leaders and employees. You will bring sound judgement, attention to detail and a collaborative approach, with the ability to provide practical advice, manage competing priorities and support positive workplace outcomes. Working in a purpose-led organisation, your contribution will help strengthen people, culture and safety practices and support GCPHN to deliver its strategic priorities for the Gold Coast community.
