About the Role
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a candidate with deep expertise within the Technology One CiA Enterprise Content Manager (ECM) business domain, Records and Information Management expertise, familiarity with ERP systems and configuration, and experience in stakeholder engagement and testing methodologies (SIT/UAT) to help deliver outcomes in the ERP Project Team within the Digital & Technology Branch, delivering Council's Technology One SaaS implementation program. This may include solution design and configuration, system and user acceptance testing, data migration support, stakeholder engagement, and change management and training activities.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS).
Demonstrated experience with TechnologyOne ECM and CiA, including document registration, metadata management, workflow configuration, security permissions, retention and disposal schedules, and integration with ERP modules.
Working knowledge of records management legislation, Public Records Office Victoria (PROV) standards, information governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
Experience configuring and validating business processes within a SaaS environment and translating business requirements into system solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work effectively with business units, project teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
