Medical Receptionist - Fulltime

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Health in Mind. This is a fulltime role working closely with our multi-disciplinary mental health team who are passionate and committed to assisting individuals improve their mental health and holistic wellbeing.

Health in Mind is a privately owned contemporary mental health clinic located in Claremont. Our multi-disciplinary team consists of Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Counsellors.

We are a small, dedicated team driven by a shared passion to improve the mental health outcomes for all our clients.

We want to empower individuals to be self-directed to better manage their overall mental health journey to lead the best quality of life they can.

The Opportunity

Health in Mind is looking to employ a fulltime Receptionist to join our expanding clinic in Claremont. Working 5 days a week, you will need to be available until 530pm on 3 of those days.

What we are looking for

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanour

• Mature professional who has a solution focused mindset

• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as confidence to work autonomously

• Ability to work at a fast pace with high level of attention to detail

• Minimum 1-2 years of reception experience in the health sector

• Prior experience with Gentu or Genie desirable
