Landscape Project Manager – Pool & Landscape Construction | Sydney

Custom Creations is a Sydney-based design and construction business delivering high-end pools and landscapes. We're growing and need an experienced Landscape Project Manager to take ownership of projects from contract handover through to completion.

The role:

You'll take ownership of projects from contract handover through to completion. Each project has a site manager running the day-to-day activities on site — your focus is on planning, coordination and making sure every job lands on time, on budget and to spec.

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple residential pool and landscape projects

• Lead and support site managers who run daily site operations

• Programming and scheduling across all active projects

• Procurement — ordering materials, booking subcontractors and coordinating trades ahead of site needs

• Cost control, variations and stage-by-stage profitability tracking

• Primary point of contact for clients — updates, site meetings, managing expectations

• Coordinate with engineers, certifiers and council requirements

• Work directly with the directors on pipeline, resourcing and delivery improvements

About you:

• 3+ years managing landscape construction projects at a project (not just site) level

• Trade background or relevant qualification in landscape construction or construction management

• Swimming pool construction experience highly regarded — concrete pools, drainage, coping, surrounds

• Strong on programming, budgets and reading plans

• Confident leading site teams and holding subcontractors accountable

• Professional client-facing communication

• Comfortable using project management software
