St John of God Geraldton Hospital opened in 1992, our acute care facility provides comprehensive health care services in a relaxed and pleasant environment. 

Our hospital offers exceptional private care in the Mid West, without the need to travel to Perth, so you can receive your care closer to home. 

Our 60-bed hospital features modern operating theatres, a Day Procedure Unit and medical, surgical and maternity wards. We also offer compassionate inpatient palliative care to the region. 

Our services include general medicine, orthopaedic surgery, maternity care, general surgery and palliative care.

The Position

• Maintaining cleanliness across clinical and non-clinical areas.

• Assisting with linen and waste collection.

• Supporting food services, including meal delivery and meal preparation activities.

• Assisting with patient transport throughout the hospital.

• Providing general support services as directed by supervisors and managers.

You are a reliable and motivated team player with a strong commitment to customer service and helping others. You communicate effectively, work well in a team environment, and can prioritise tasks in a busy setting. You take pride in maintaining high standards, are willing to learn, and are physically capable of undertaking duties such as cleaning, lifting, pushing trolleys, and supporting patient services across the hospital.

We can offer you

• Casual Hourly Rate: $39.83 to $41.26 per hour (inclusive of casual loading), plus 12% superannuation
