Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a stable and balanced portfolio

• Deliver consistent, high-quality service to committees and owners

• Ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures

• Coordinate meetings, communication, and documentation with the support of a dedicated admin team

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in strata management

• Class 2 Strata Management Licence

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Collaborative, proactive, and client-focused approach
