Propflex is a trusted cleaning provider for real estate agencies, property managers, Airbnb hosts, and private residences across Melbourne. Our team of hardworking, experienced cleaners takes pride in delivering high-quality end-of-lease, commercial, Airbnb, and recurring residential cleans with minimal re-attendance rates.
We offer steady, reliable work—no need to find your own clients! Shifts are available every single day, so if you're ready to work, we have jobs waiting for you.
The Role
We’re looking for motivated cleaners with a can-do attitude who are willing to learn, punctual, reliable, and committed to being part of our journey. If you take pride in your work and want to grow with a company that values its team, we’d love to hear from you!
Your tasks will include:
End-of-lease cleaning – full property cleans that meet strict real estate standards.
Airbnb turnover cleans – fast and efficient to ensure properties are guest-ready.
Office & commercial cleaning – occasional corporate cleaning jobs.
Residential recurrent cleans – ongoing weekly or fortnightly cleaning for private homes.
Steam cleaning (sofas & carpets) – professional deep cleaning jobs available for those interested.
What We Offer
$32 - $35 per hour + super

Who We're Looking For
A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Punctual, reliable, and committed to being part of our journey
Prior cleaning experience (end-of-lease experience is a bonus)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Driver’s licence and car is preferred, but not required – many jobs are accessible via public transport.
