We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Store Manager to lead our Port Hedland team.

ABOUT YOU!

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store while creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through the door.

You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and help drive strong sales results while building lasting customer relationships.

Job tasks and responsibilities

🛍️ Delivering exceptional customer service
📈 Driving sales and achieving store KPIs
👥 Recruiting, training and managing team members
📅 Rostering and workforce planning
📦 Stock control and inventory management
🎯 B2B outreach and local marketing initiatives
📱 Assisting with social media promotions and content
📝 General administration and reporting

Skills and experience

• Previous retail management or leadership experience

• A strong customer-first mindset

• Proven experience achieving sales targets and KPIs

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Confidence coaching and developing team members

• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  
  Highly Regarded

• Experience working in a health food or supplement retail environment

• Knowledge of vitamins, health products, and sports supplements

• Qualifications or studies in nutrition, fitness, or a related field
