Sheen Towing is part of the Sheen Group, one of Victoria's leading automotive businesses. We are looking for an organised and reliable Accounts Administrator to join our team in Bayswater.

This role will support our Senior Bookkeeper with payroll, bookkeeping and general administration while also assisting with phone enquiries and the day-to-day running of the office.

About the role

Working closely with the Senior Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with payroll administration
• Supporting general bookkeeping and accounts functions
• Processing invoices, payments and financial information
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
• Assisting with general office administration
• Responding to internal and external accounts enquiries
• Providing day-to-day support to the Senior Bookkeeper
• Helping ensure accounts and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time

About you

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping or office administration
• Experience assisting with payroll
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good computer and data-entry skills
• Clear and professional phone communication
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A reliable, helpful and team-focused approach
