About the Role

As a Remedial Massage Therapist at Move Beyond, you’ll:

• Build a progressive caseload with appropriate support and regular check-ins

• Work inside a multidisciplinary team — physios, EPs, osteopaths, podiatrists — with real referral pathways between disciplines

• Access in-house PD, structured mentoring, and cross-disciplinary learning from day one

• Develop your clinical reasoning across a diverse patient population — MSK, sports, rehabilitation, stress and tension

What We’re Looking For

• A Remedial Massage Therapist with current registration (AAMT or equivalent)

• Someone who approaches the work with genuine clinical curiosity — not just a set of techniques

• A team player who sees massage therapy as part of a bigger picture of patient care

• Eager to grow, ask questions, and be pushed by the practitioners around them
