Key Duties

• Preparing and cooking food, and ordering food supplies
• Planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
• Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
• Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff
• Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
• Assisting with the training of staff

You

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
