About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll support older Australians to live independently and confidently in their own homes while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

You will provide:

• Personal care including showering, dressing and grooming
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Medication support (where applicable)
• Meal preparation and light household tasks
• Domestic assistance including cleaning and laundry
• Social support and companionship
• Support that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing

About You

We're seeking experienced carers who genuinely enjoy working one-on-one with older people in the comfort of their own home.

To be successful, you will have:

• A minimum of 12 months' experience providing personal care in aged care, disability or hospital settings and/or a qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Home & Community Care
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for supporting older Australians to live independently at home
• A current Australian Driver's Licence (International licence not accepted)
• A comprehensively insured car

Availability Requirements

Lower Coast

• Supporting customers across Fremantle, Bibra Lake, Booragoon and surrounding areas
• Available to work shifts between 12:00pm and 8:00pm
• Available across 3-4 weekdays at minimum

Mid Coast

• Supporting customers across Osborne Park, Scarborough, Karrinyup and surrounding areas
• Available to work minimum 6 hours across service hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm
• Available across 3-4 weekdays at minimum

You must also be available to complete our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training Program when you commence.
