Alpha Precast is seeking a motivated 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Boilermaker/Fabricator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice who wants to expand their skills through a combination of workshop fabrication, maintenance, and site-based work while working alongside experienced tradespeople.

 About the Role:

As part of our fabrication team, you will be involved in:

· Structural steel and fabrication work supporting precast concrete production.

· Welding and fabrication in a workshop environment.

· Installation, maintenance, and repair work on-site as required.

· Reading and interpreting drawings and fabrication details.

· Work effectively as part of a team, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

· Currently undertaking a 2nd or 3rd Year Boilermaker/Fabrication Apprenticeship.

· Current Australian Driver's Licence.

· Current White Card.

· Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.

Highly Regarded

- Exposure to welding, fabrication, and steel assembly work.

· Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket.

· Boom Lift and/or Scissor Lift ticket.

· Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or precast environments.
