We’re looking for a natural people leader, someone who genuinely loves coaching, developing and bringing out the best in others, while having the commercial drive to deliver outstanding sales results.
  
You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing a large, high-performing team
• Creating a premium, highly personalised guest experience
• Driving sales performance, accountability and commercial results
• Identifying opportunities and turning them into action
• Building a strong culture of feedback, development and progression
• Partnering closely with the Store Manager to shape the boutique’s strategy
• Supporting succession planning and building future leaders
• Keeping the store energised, elevated and operating at its best

• Has 3–5+ years’ leadership experience in retail, hospitality, wellness or another customer-led environment
• Has experience leading large teams and developing emerging leaders
• Is commercially driven and loves working towards ambitious targets
• Is passionate about coaching, feedback and creating high-performing cultures
• Understands what exceptional service looks and feels like
• Thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment
• Brings confidence, energy and genuine connection to their leadership style
