Reporting to the Manager on Shift, we are currently seeking a passionate Gaming Supervisor (RGO). The overall purpose of the role is to lead and support our Gaming and Loyalty teams while delivering exceptional service experiences to our members and guests. You will be responsible for maintaining service standards, supporting team development, ensuring compliance requirements are met and creating a safe, welcoming and professional environment.

Your Key Priorities will be to:

• Lead and support Gaming and Loyalty team members
• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests
• Train and coach team members on service, compliance and operational standards
• Ensure gaming floor presentation, compliance and customer experience standards are maintained
• Fulfil Responsible Gambling Officer (RGO) duties and support responsible gambling initiatives
• Promote current promotions, events and loyalty programs
• Maintain accurate cash handling and gaming procedures
• Effectively communicate with patrons, team members and management

The Candidate:

• Previous gaming, hospitality or leadership experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead, coach and develop team members
• Sound problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Hold current RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG qualifications
• Flexible availability across a seven-day operation
