Technician | Audi Sutherland

Audi Sutherland is part of the Autosports Group (ASG) which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands. Currently with over 3000 employees across 85 Dealerships in Australia and NZ.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced automotive technician to join our team in Sutherland. If successful, you will be joining a team of dedicated and hardworking people, working with one of the world's most respected and progressive automotive brands Audi.

So what will you be doing? 

• Complete service, maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacture guidelines and standards 
• Promote brand image through reliable and cost-efficient repairs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports.
• Complete repair work and/or maintenance as per the repair order to dealership and brand requirements
• Work with other departments internally including sales and parts.
• Keep up to date with mandatory training when available from the manufacturer.
• Support technicians and apprentices during repairs/diagnosis were needed.
• Promote the image of our organization though its brand values.

To be considered for the role, you will need to have: 

• Technical qualifications as an automotive technician Cert3.
• Audi/VW/European experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics
• Basic computer skills 
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to study and retain detailed product information.
• The ability to work under pressure as part of a team that supports each other and is committed to delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
• A current driver’s licence.
• A valid Trade persons licence
• AC Refrigerant handling licence (not essential)
