Senior Lash & Brow Artist / Beauty Therapist – Immediate Start

About the role

You'll be responsible for delivering OMNIYA's lash and brow services to a consistently high standard. This is not an entry-level position. You'll work independently with clients, managing a busy appointment column and delivering consistently beautiful results. You'll receive training in OMNIYA's treatment protocols, techniques and client experience standards, with ongoing opportunities to further develop and upskill.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lash lifts (standard, korean and hybrid), lash tinting, brow waxing and shaping, brow tinting, complete brow restyles and transformations, brow laminations

• Provide consultations and personalised treatment recommendations

• Provide aftercare advice and client education

• Manage your own appointment column and stay on schedule

• Prepare and reset your treatment area between clients

• Maintain exceptional hygiene, sanitation and presentation standards

• Complete client consultation and treatment records accurately

• Build genuine relationships with clients and create a warm, memorable experience

• Recommend appropriate treatments, maintenance schedules and aftercare

• Support rebooking and client retention

• Assist with general clinic opening, closing and day-to-day duties

• Maintain stock, supplies and treatment areas

• Work collaboratively with the wider OMNIYA team

About you

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working as a Beauty Therapist, Lash & Brow Artist within a professional clinic or beauty environment

• Demonstrated experience performing lash lifts confidently and independently

• Strong brow waxing, shaping, tinting, restyling and lamination skills

• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for symmetry, shape and natural-looking results

• Confidence managing a busy appointment schedule independently

• Strong consultation and communication skills

• Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills

• Excellent hygiene and treatment-room standards

• Reliability, professionalism and a strong work ethic

• A warm, positive personality and genuine team mentality

• Ability to start immediately or at very short notice

• Australian citizenship, permanent residency or unrestricted Australian working rights
