About the role
About:We’re seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer (6–15 years) to join our team in Sydney. This role offers the chance to lead enterprise-scale Cisco ISE NAC deployments and collaborate across network, server, and desktop teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
you’ll do:Design, configure, and deploy Cisco ISE for wired/wireless NAC.Work with Cisco Catalyst switches (802.1X, RADIUS, VLANs, dACLs).Integrate with Active Directory/Group Policy for certificate-based authentication.Lead phased NAC rollouts across enterprise sites.Troubleshoot authentication failures, VLAN assignment errors, and certificate issues.Document solution designs, runbooks, and handover material.
What we’re looking for:4+ years in network/security engineering with hands-on Cisco ISE deployment.Strong knowledge of 802.1X, RADIUS, EAP methods.Experience with wireless NAC integration (Cisco WLC or similar).Exposure to AD/GPO and PKI authentication.Excellent cross-team collaboration skills.
Nice to have:Cisco certifications (CCNP Security / ISE Specialist).Experience with Cisco DNA Center or SIEM/NAC ecosystem integration.
