What you’ll do:

As the friendly voice of Handy Finance, you'll play a key role in helping customers every day by:

• Providing outstanding support via phone, email, and SMS

• Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy

• Preparing and maintaining accurate data for loan settlements

• Assisting customers with day-to-day account and administrative enquiries

• Understanding customer needs and delivering positive outcomes quickly

• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What you’ll bring:

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A positive, friendly, and customer-first attitude

• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
