Roles and Responsibilities:

Providing friendly and accurate customer service about products and services

Log details and all calls, emails, and communications received.

Ability to maintain and pursue product knowledge

Maintain our standard for store/personal presentation. (Webstore)

Informing customers about current promotions and special offers

Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions

Maintain a clean and safe workspace, to abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Maintain personal hygiene.
