Female Disability Support worker Expression of Interest – Moe, VIC

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Moe, VIC. This casual role involves supporting a female NDIS participant with daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.

The successful candidate will provide person centred support and assist the participant to maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.

Shift Details

• Location: Moe, VIC
• Days: Tuesday and Wednesday OR Tuesday & Thursday
• Hours: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Shift Duration: 3 hours per shift
• Commencement: ASAP

About the Role

You will support a female participant with household tasks and daily routines, including:

• Meal preparation
• Light cleaning
• Laundry assistance
• Supporting independence within the home
• Building a positive and respectful relationship with the participant
• Following the participant’s support plan and individual needs
• Completing progress notes and reporting any changes in wellbeing

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Reliable and committed to providing quality support
• Comfortable working independently
• Experienced in disability support, aged care, or community care (preferred)
• Passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives

Essential Requirements

• Female support worker preferred due to participant requirements
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Australian Driver Licence
• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Working rights in Australia
