About the role
Gain valuable exposure to Board-level decision-making while building your experience in governance and executive support.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, papers, and minutesSupport the preparation and quality assurance of relevant materialsManage documentation through governance systemsLiaise with senior executives and stakeholders across the HHSTrack actions and ensure governance processes and timelines are met.
This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Whilst desirable, we are not necessarily looking for extensive governance experience. We are looking for someone who:
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple prioritiesHas strong attention to detail and takes pride in accuracyCommunicates clearly and professionallyIs curious, proactive, and willing to learnExercises sound judgement and takes ownership of their work.

What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $118,172 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $47.41 - $52.23 p.h. 12.75% employer superannuation contribution17.5% leave loading
