The Role You’ll assist the team with a variety of recruitment and administration duties, including:

• Employee onboarding
• New client onboarding
• Client, candidate and employee liaison
• General recruitment administration
• Coordinating candidate and employee information
• Rostering
• Assisting with recruitment across Oil & Gas, Construction, Civils and White-Collar roles
• General office and team support
• Learning more of the recruitment process as you develop

Who We’re Looking For You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and confident
• Organised and reliable
• Professional when communicating with clients
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
• Computer literate and willing to learn new systems
• Keen to learn recruitment and develop new skills
• A positive team player

This is a learn-as-you-go role. There’s no expectation to walk in knowing everything, and you’ll have support from the team while you find your feet.
