The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Experienced Casual Support Workers who are available to work a minimum of 4 days a week. Shift start and finish times can be anytime from 6am to 10pm and the shift length is usually 10 hours per shift.
We are seeking individuals who are actively committed to promoting choice, control, and quality of life for our participants. Support Workers will assist participants in their daily living including personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and transportation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
· A strong desire to work with people with disability to increase independence
and community participation;
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
· An ability to work autonomously, following client support plans and working
towards achieving outcomes;
· Ability to undertake personal care;
· Report writing skills;
· Flexibility with working hours;
· Possess a current WA drivers license, a suitable car with Registration
and Comprehensive Insurance;
· Ability to obtain a NDIS Clearance
NDIS Clearance must be obtained before starting work.
· A current National Police Clearance issued within the past 6 months, or the ability to obtain one;
· Ability to obtain a current First Aid and CPR Certificate;
First Aid and CPR certificates must be obtained before starting work.
· Eligibility to work in Australia;
As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete online assessments, a pre-employment medical and a 10-day induction program from Mondays to Fridays.
