Brand Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this is a hands-on execution and coordination role at the heart of the Brand team. You'll work directly alongside the Senior Brand Manager to bring campaigns, creative projects and brand initiatives to life, involved across the full brand remit from campaign briefing and creative production through to brand governance, asset management and cross-functional coordination. It's suited to someone in the earlier stages of their marketing career with the drive, the detail, and a genuine love of brand. You don't need to have done everything. What you'll be doing

• Supporting the development and coordination of integrated marketing campaigns from brief through to delivery
• Managing campaign timelines, asset trackers and project management tools to keep work on schedule
• Coordinating production of creative assets across social, digital, POS, in-store, packaging and ATL
• Running the creative review and approval process so every asset is on brand before it goes live
• Maintaining the digital asset library and keeping the business working from approved, up-to-date files
• Supporting photoshoots and content production days
• Reviewing materials from franchisees, suppliers and partners for brand compliance, and flagging anything off-brand
• Monitoring brand sentiment, social listening, cultural trends and competitor activity, and turning it into useful insight
• Contributing to brand performance reporting across NPS, engagement, awareness and sentiment
• Acting as a day-to-day coordination point between Brand and the Performance, CRM, LAM and Operations teams
• Supporting agency relationships, including scheduling, trafficking briefs and managing feedback loops

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 1 to 4 years' experience in brand marketing, marketing coordination or a related role
• QSR, FMCG, food or retail experience highly regarded
• Exposure to campaign delivery, creative production or brand management in a commercial environment
• Familiarity with project management tools, asset libraries and creative review workflows (monday.com, Asana or similar an advantage)
• Exceptional attention to detail. You notice what's off-brand before anyone asks
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Clear communicator, comfortable working with agencies and internal teams
• A proactive self-starter who looks for what needs doing without being asked
• Genuine enthusiasm for brand, creative and culture. You care about what things look and feel like
