Accounts Payable Clerk

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team at our Corporate Head Office in Southport.

The Role

• Full-time, permanent position
• Based in our Corporate Head Office in Southport
• High volume and fast paced invoice processing environment
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders
• General administrative tasks

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 5 years’ Accounts Payable experience
• High volume processing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills
• Demonstrated understanding of purchase orders, receipting GRNI as part of the purchasing process
• Experience in supplier statement reconciliations
• Attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem solving required
• Ability to learn systems, processes and controls quickly
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders, especially via phone
