The role:

• Manage the day-to-day store operations and ensure key KPI's are achieved
• Provide effective leadership fostering a positive and high-performance culture
• Lead a safe work culture by promoting and maintaining safe work practices that lead to an accident and injury free working environment.
• Lead and motivate the team, provide training, coaching, and performance mentoring

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous proven experience in a similar role
• You will need to demonstrate resilience under pressure, handle frustration effectively and maintain strong self-discipline.
• Exceptional time management skills while prioritising customer experience
• Effective leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
