Credit Administration Officer

As a Credit Administration Officer at Fujifilm Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney, you will play a crucial role in the Finance department. This Contract position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for accounting and administrative duties. Responsibilities:

• Managing credit applications and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assessing customer creditworthiness and making recommendations for credit limits.
• Handling customer enquiries related to credit accounts and payments.
• Monitoring overdue accounts and initiating collection actions as necessary.
• Preparing regular reports on credit status and account receivables.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any outstanding issues related to credit administration.

What you have to offer:

• Proven experience in credit control and administration
• Excellent knowledge of financial procedures and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Experience in resolving customer queries and issues related to credit accounts
• Familiarity with credit risk assessment and mitigation techniques
