Dealer Central Sales Support Analyst

We’re looking for a Dealer Central Sales Support Analyst to join our Dealer Central ANZ team and help keep our dealer network moving. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working with people, solving day-to-day challenges and being part of a team that makes a real difference to our dealers, customers and farmers.

In this role, you’ll be one of the key connection points between our dealers, customers, warehouse, logistics and internal teams. You’ll help ensure enquiries are responded to, orders are processed accurately, freight bookings are coordinated and daily priorities are followed through with care and urgency. The role supports AGCO’s Farmer First approach by helping our dealers get the right support at the right time.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting dealer, customer and internal enquiries via phone and email.
• Processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Updating warehouse priority tasks and daily task lists, including receipting and dispatch activities.
• Coordinating transport for machines when required.
• Working closely with Dealer Central, warehouse, logistics and other internal teams to support strong dealer outcomes.
• Supporting the Manager, Dealer Central ANZ, with other tasks as required.

The skills that will help you succeed

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, ownership and a strong service mindset. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be curious, accurate and willing to learn.

What You’ll bring:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, administration or a similar support role.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and making practical decisions.
• Confidence working through detailed processes and changing daily priorities.
• A collaborative, adaptable and team-focused approach.
• An interest in learning about AGCO’s products, dealer network and customer support operations.
• Agricultural equipment knowledge would be helpful, but it’s not essential. What matters most is your attitude, accuracy, communication and commitment to supporting our dealers well.
