TA & HR Coordinator

About The Role

The Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment support and HR coordination that enables an exceptional candidate and employee experience. Approximately 75% of the role focuses on Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, with the remaining 25% supporting HR Operations and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration activities.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview scheduling, pre-employment checks and offer preparation.
• Manage candidate communications and help deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.
• Maintain recruitment systems, reporting and talent pipelines.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Coordinate graduate recruitment and early careers activities and other talent acquisition projects  as required. 

HR Operations & Administration

• Support the Safety Manager with WorkCover claim administration and reporting requirements and act as Return-to-Work Coordinator.
• Manage administration of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
• Provide administrative and coordination support across the People, Culture & Safety team.
• Act as the primary backup for payroll-related activities.
• Assist with a range of HR operations, employee initiatives and team projects.

Skills & Experience

Essential Experience

• 2-3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Administration or a similar coordination role.
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Experience managing confidential employee and candidate information.
• Experience providing administrative support within an HR or People & Culture function.
• Exposure to payroll administration and/or HR operations.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Return-to-Work Coordinator accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
