Hanashi Izakaya – Melbourne
We are looking for a Part-Time / Casual Chef to join our team.
Position• Part-time / Casual
• 2–4 days per week
• Night shifts only, starting around 3:30 PM – 10 PM or later
• No morning shifts, enjoy your mornings and afternoons free
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Japanese Cuisine / Kitchen Operations
• Calm and composed during busy service
• Good attitude, discipline, and strong character
• Team player with a long-term mindset
• Willing to learn, training will be provided
• Australian work rights required for this position
• Opportunity to move into a Full-Time role if a position becomes available
• Warm, friendly, and lean team environment
• Mostly local and friendly customers
• Sponsorship may be available for the right onshore candidate if a full-time position becomes available in the future
• Tram and train stations nearby
• Free nearby parking available for drivers
