Customer Service Officer - Participant Engagement
What do we do
Here at Linear, we work with some of the worlds biggest pharmaceutical companies and research organisations to conduct clinical trials supporting the advancement of new treatments and drugs in medicine. We have two state-of-the art clinical trial centres based in Perth and due to lots of exciting growth, are looking for Customer Service Operators to help us recruit clinical trial participants for our upcoming trials.
Your Role in Our Future
As the very first point of contact for our participants, you’ll play a vital role in shaping their journey. You’ll provide clear, study-specific information, answer questions with empathy and confidence, and conduct engaging pre-screening calls to help match the right participants with the right trials. This is more than a call-based role; it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. You’ll be part of a supportive, goal-focused team that thrives on collaboration, celebrates achievements, and directly sees how their work drives the success of life-changing clinical research.
· Review applications from potential clinical trial participants assessing their suitability for the trial and checking their information is accurate.
· Liaising with our doctors to review medical history of participants
· Speaking with potential participants to provide information about the trial and guide them through the process.
· Liaise with our screening team to schedule potential participants in for medical screening appointment.

This role is based at our offices in Nedlands and will be offered on a full-time basis working Monday – Friday.
Your Experience
The ideal applicant will have previous experience working in a service-driven role with excellent customer service and communication skills and will be motivated to work towards set goals and KPI’s both as a team and as an individual.
Along with a positive and friendly attitude, the successful applicant will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Solid computer literacy and confidence to read and work across multiple spreadsheets and platforms.
- Strong written communication skills, including email etiquette, with excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Exceptional telephone manner, well spoken, clear, friendly and polite
-Previous call centre/ sales experience is a bonus, but a fantastic attitude and eagerness to learn are essential!
