TC Measurement & Control Pty Ltd is looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join our Australian office based in Oakleigh South, VIC.

This is a technical, office-based sales role supporting industrial and manufacturing customers across Australia and internationally. It is not a call centre role and does not involve high-volume cold calling.

We are seeking an organised, commercially minded individual who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and working with technical products. Full product training will be provided.

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial distribution, or technical sales would be highly regarded.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

· Managing incoming customer enquiries by phone and email

· Preparing quotations and providing technical and commercial information

· Supporting and developing existing customer accounts

· Following projects from initial enquiry through to delivery

· Working closely with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

· Building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service

· Assisting customers with product selection and technical applications

· Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase business

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

· Experience in internal sales, account management, customer service, or technical support (B2B experience preferred)

· The ability to understand technical specifications and prepare quotations

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· The ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities simultaneously

· A practical, problem-solving approach and willingness to learn technical products

· Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems would be advantageous

Previous experience within engineering, manufacturing, instrumentation, industrial products, or technical distribution would be highly regarded but is not essential.
