About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administration Officer to join our People Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources and gain exposure to a broad range of HR and recruitment activities.

In this role, you will provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, assist with onboarding, maintain accurate employee records, and contribute to the smooth operation of HR processes. Working closely with the People Services team, you will gain valuable experience in HR administration, compliance, onboarding, reporting, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support across a range of HR activities.

• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, registers, and HR databases.

• Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience for new starters.

• Monitor HR documentation to ensure records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

• Assist with processing employee changes, including employment variations and other HR forms.

• Assist with compliance monitoring and escalate any discrepancies or concerns to the People Services Manager.

• Provide general administrative support to HR projects and initiatives as required.

• Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and targets.

• Undertake other duties as reasonably directed.

 What We're Looking For:

• Previous administration experience, preferably in an HR, recruitment, or office environment.

• A genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.

• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and legislative requirements.
