At Forma, we work exclusively on residential projects — the kind where the benchtop is the centrepiece of someone's home, and the finish has to be right. We're looking for an experienced Stone Benchtop Fabricator who takes pride in workshop craftsmanship and wants a long-term role with a team that respects the trade.

What You'll Be Doing

• Fabricating high-quality stone benchtops in our workshop
• Cutting, shaping, gluing, and polishing stone to specification
• Operating CNC machinery and precision measuring equipment
• Reading plans and preparing jobs accurately
• Maintaining a high standard of finish across every piece that leaves the floor

At Forma, attitude and aptitude rate higher than experience. It is essential that you bring:

• Strong attention to detail and a high personal standard of finish
• A reliable, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
• Full working rights in Australia

It will work in your favour if you also have:

• 2+ years' experience in stone benchtop fabrication
• Confidence on, or an interest in operating CNC machinery
• Experience reading technical plans and working to precise specifications

• Top-level hourly rate + super + incentives (after probation)
• Sign-on bonus
• Full-time Monday to Friday
