This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service and front office leadership skills within a premium residential and accommodation environment. Working closely with the Front Office Manager, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Front Office, provide guidance to the team, and help deliver an exceptional experience for our guests and residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team, ensuring a professional and consistent level of service.
• Perform Front Desk duties as required to support operational needs and provide coverage during team member absences.
• Coordinate Front Office activities and ensure established procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide regular operational updates to the Building Manager, including achievements, service issues and areas requiring attention.
• Work closely with the Building Manager to identify, communicate and resolve operational and property-related matters.
• Supervise and support Front Office team members during their shifts, providing guidance and assistance as required.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of team rosters in consultation with the Building Manager and in accordance with business requirements.
• Ensure team members understand and comply with Company policies, procedures and service standards.
• Assist with team meetings, briefings and operational communications as directed by the Building Manager.
• Ensure daily banking and Front Office reconciliations are completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Promptly escalate suspected misconduct, security concerns, unusual activity or other matters requiring management attention in accordance with Company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and professional Front Office environment.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with guests, residents, owners, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Perform other reasonable duties within the scope of the position as directed by Management.

About You

You will be a customer-focused and hands-on Front Office professional who enjoys supporting a team and delivering high-quality service. Ideally, you will bring:

• Previous Front Office, Guest Services or supervisory experience within hospitality, accommodation, residential or property operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supervising or coordinating team members in a busy operational environment.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence handling guest and resident enquiries and resolving day-to-day operational matters.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling banking, reconciliations and administrative processes.
• Experience with rostering and Front Office systems would be highly regarded.
• A professional, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
