Club Assistant - Snap Fitness Emerald

THE GYM.

We are looking for a highly skilled Admin Assistant / Customer Service Person who is passionate about all things health and fitness to join our team at Snap Fitness Emerald. We have just fully renovated our gym and our team is growing!

This is your chance to really grow your career and develop your skills working alongside a great leadership team. All training provided. If you have strong industry experience, a passion for growing yourself, helping others, & are naturally creative and innovative with marketing and sales strategy then this is the role for you!

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a casual position with varied hours with an immediate start available for the right person. 

Duties will include:

• Calls, tours and driving sales

• Marketing via social media channels

• Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S etc)

• Club administration including reporting

ABOUT YOU

To be considered it is essential you have the experience in customer service plus a proven track record in growing and driving sales. This role will enable you to take the step up you are looking for, practice an ownership mindset daily and be rewarded for your efforts. You will have:

• Health and fitness sales and marketing experience

• Strong leadership skills

• Proven sales track record

• Own car and open license
