DGM Turf is a respected contractor within the Victorian Sports Turf and Local Government sectors. Based in Mordialloc, we specialise in tractor operations on natural sports turf surfaces, renovation and mowing works, and mechanical beach cleaning across high‑profile coastal locations.

With long‑term contracts—including major works within the City of Kingston—and ongoing sports field maintenance, renovation, and construction projects across Melbourne, we are seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join our team.

About You

You’ll bring a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and current experience in a similar administrative role using MYOB. You will also have:

• 3+ years' current bookkeeping experience in MYOB, ideally across multiple entities

• Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines

• Confident dealing with accountants, suppliers and clients

• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office

• Genuine attention to detail, in this role, the details are the job

• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously

• A current valid Driver’s Licence

• High attention to detail and an understanding of OH&S requirements

• Good organisational skills, self‑motivation, and the ability to work autonomously

Highly Regarded

• Working knowledge of BAS, GST, PAYG withholding, superannuation guarantee obligations and STP

• Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (FNS40222) or equivalent experience

• Experience with government or council invoicing portals and contract-based billing

• Payroll tax and WorkCover reporting experience

• Experience with job costing or plant costing
