Property Manager - Commercial Property Management

Raine & Horne Commercial Southside is a long established business and specializes exclusively in commercial property.

A great opportunity has arisen for an Asset Manager to join us in an exciting varied role within our main office located in Rocklea.

You will be part of a large, well credentialed professional team that specializes predominately in the Industrial sector but with some exposure to office and retail managements. 

The position will allow you to quickly develop and be supported whilst enjoying the management of your portfolio. You will be exposed to a range of disciplines with the main goal being to build strong long term business relationships.

The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to leave the traffic and politics of the city behind and join a company that greatly values its staff and work culture.

Ideally you will have:

• Experience with Managing Commercial Properties

• Certificate of Registration

• Reliable car and Driver's Licence

• Be Professionally presented

• Be organized with good attention to detail
