Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Join a leading professional services organisation as a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist supporting a complex finance environment; where you will be acting as a point of escalation for a large offshore team in Bangalore, assisting with tasks across core finance (ledger work), supplier onboarding and procure-to-pay in a large, complex work environment with largely manual processes.

This is not a standard AP / invoice processing role. This is a hands-on role best suited to someone who enjoys solving problems and working autonomously.

What we are looking for:

• Strong Accounts Payable and/or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience in a large complex organisation

• Experience managing complex AP queries, exceptions and escalations.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working across multiple systems and processes rather than a single ERP.
