Toyota Australia seeks versatile graduates for a two-year program offering cross-functional experience, leadership development, and a supportive culture.

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate in a structured two-year graduate program with multiple placements across Toyota Motor Corporation Australia and Toyota Finance Australia divisions in Victoria.
• Engage in cross-functional projects to gain broad organizational understanding.
• Take part in Toyota Global Content Training to learn Kaizen methodology on systems and processes.
• Experience supply chain operations at the Toyota Parts Centre (TPC).
• Learn from customers in the Customer Experience Centre.
• Develop project management and problem-solving skills through individual and team projects.
• Build communication and presentation skills by connecting with internal and external stakeholders.

The company is looking for:

• Graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between July 2025 and December 2026, from a variety of disciplines including finance, science, IT, marketing, and business.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills.
