We are seeking an organised and welcoming administrator to help clients, carers and visitors feel supported from their first interaction with our Social Support Groups program.

About The Role
As the Wellness and Social Support Administrator, you’ll provide reception, client intake and administrative support to our Social Support Groups program. You’ll help maintain accurate client records while contributing to a friendly, responsive and well-organised service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Welcoming clients, carers and visitors and responding to enquiries Managing calls, appointments, room bookings and general front-desk activities Supporting client intake and referrals, including through My Aged Care Maintaining accurate client information and records in systems such as TrakCare Preparing correspondence and completing data entry, filing and invoicing tasks Providing general administrative support to the Social Support Groups team Maintaining SharePoint content and supporting service quality activities
About You
You’ll be a capable and organised administrator who enjoys helping people and can manage competing tasks with care, accuracy and discretion.
To Be Successful, You’ll Bring
A relevant administrative qualification or equivalent experience Experience providing reception and administrative support Strong verbal and written communication skills Accurate data-entry skills and excellent attention to detail Confidence using word-processing, database and client-management systems The ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise varied tasks A commitment to protecting client privacy and confidentiality
Desirable
Experience working in community health, medical, dental or a similar service environment A current Victorian driver’s licence
