As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and our workshop, ensuring every customer receives a professional, transparent and enjoyable service experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and managing service appointments
• Preparing repair orders and accurately documenting customer concerns
• Liaising with technicians regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Preparing quotations and obtaining customer authorisation
• Providing regular updates throughout the repair process
• Managing workshop bookings and vehicle workflow
• Delivering exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off through to collection
• Building lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and genuinely wants to build a career in the automotive industry.

You'll ideally possess:

• Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence using computer systems
• A professional presentation and positive attitude
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• A current Australian Driver Licence

Experience with any of the following will be highly advantageous:

• Dealership Service Advisor experience
• Titan DMS / ERA
• Pentana
• Podium
• Manufacturer warranty processes
• Multi-franchise dealership experience
• Upselling maintenance recommendations ethically and professionally
