The Role

We are looking for a fantastic team member to work at The National Gallery of Australia’s new café opening in September. If you have experience working in a café’s delivering premium quality service and goods, we would love to hear from you.

You will have current and recent experience working as a Cafe Team Leader, have a real passion for customer satisfaction and know how to provide efficient, professional service in a busy environment.

To be successful in this role, you must have: 

• 2+ years’ customer interaction experience
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Experience with Cash Handling and POS Systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure & within a fast-paced restaurant
• Flexible availability – including day, night, and weekend shifts
• Current RSA is essential
