Business System Support/ ZOHO User

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho Business System Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide ongoing support, maintenance, and development for our Zoho ecosystem, ensuring our business processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams to understand requirements, implement solutions, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Forms, etc.).

• Configure and customize Zoho modules, workflows, and automation to meet business needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, user access, and system performance.

• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions.

• Maintain and update Zoho integrations.

• Train and support end-users on best practices and new features.

• Monitor system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

• Document processes, configurations, and changes for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Zoho CRM, and other Zoho products.

• Strong understanding of database concepts, data structures, and relational databases.

• Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Deluge scripting is a plus.

• Familiarity with API integrations and webhooks.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Zoho One or Zoho Business Suite.

• Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages.

• Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for customizations.

• Experience with automation tools and workflow optimization.
