About the role

The Procurement Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers, negotiating pricing and commercial terms, and preparing accurate quotations for clients. The role supports profitability through strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and strong supplier relationships. Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and service levels.

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and approved vendor lists.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts and delivery schedules.

• Prepare accurate and competitive client quotations.

• Analyze supplier quotations and recommend pricing strategies.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams on customer proposals.

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement improvements.

About you

• Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years experience in procurement or sourcing.

• Proven negotiation and supplier management experience.

• Experience preparing commercial quotes and cost estimates.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Commercial and financial acumen.

• Analytical thinking.
